Cancellation Policy
Premium Coaching Package Payment & Cancellation Policy All premium coaching packages require payment in full or enrollment in an approved payment plan processed securely through Stripe. Payment confirms your commitment to the full coaching container and reserves your place within a limited-capacity calendar. Because premium coaching involves strategic preparation, ongoing support, and reserved calendar space, the following policies apply: Session Rescheduling Individual sessions within a package may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice using the scheduling link provided. Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours) Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and deducted from your package. These sessions are not refundable and will not be replaced. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the session being counted as completed and deducted from your package. Package Expiration All sessions must be used within the agreed-upon coaching timeframe. Unused sessions beyond that timeframe will expire and are not eligible for refund or extension unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refund Policy Premium coaching packages are non-refundable. Enrollment reflects a commitment to the full coaching experience and the outcomes it is designed to support. These policies protect the integrity of the coaching container, ensure focused engagement, and maintain the quality of service for all clients.
