Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your scheduled discovery call, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to open the time slot for other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of $30. Rescheduling: If you find that you need to reschedule your discovery call, we request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This can be done via the booking link provided in your confirmation email, or you can contact us directly to arrange a new time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled discovery call without notifying us in advance will be subject to a no-show fee of $50. This fee compensates for the time that has been set aside specifically for the client. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your discovery call, we will do our best to provide the most complete consultation possible within the remaining scheduled time. However, out of respect for other clients, we cannot extend your session beyond the originally allocated time. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have a serious reason for missing your appointment, such as a medical emergency, please let us know, and we will consider waiving the cancellation or no-show fee on a case-by-case basis.
